A: We speak with you in the beginning of your session to understand your health and your body's current situation. In doing so, we can provide you with our professional recommendation as to what would be the best therapy & wellness plan of action.

Q: How often will I need to come?

A: After the session, we will provide you with a Wellness plan of action. This will assist you in preventing future pain, as well as educate you as to how to feel the best you have ever felt!
